Mt. Olivet SDA Junior Academy
"JOURNEY TOWARDS Faith, Learning, & Service"

It is with great pride and enthusiasm that we welcome you to Mt. Olivet SDA Junior Academy’s website. We are pleased that you have taken the time to visit.  Our hope is that our website will paint a vivid picture in your minds of what we have to offer.
Mt. Olivet SDA Junior Academy is a wonderful place for students to grow in the fear and admonition of the Lord while being equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to live in an ever-changing and diverse world.
We aim to provide a quality Christian education. Our campus is alive with learning, laughter, and all kinds of educational and extracurricular activities. Our curriculum and extracurricular activities are aimed to develop and nurture the whole child- physical, mental, and spiritual.  We strive to create an environment where each and every student is encouraged to achieve his/her individual best through the use of innovative teaching strategies, a structured learning community, and teachers who genuinely care about the growth of each student.
Parents, we invite you to get involved in your child’s education. It is through our partnership that we can empower our youth to be the best they can be and to soar above mediocrity. Everyone is a member of our learning community- parents, teachers, church members, and community partners.
On behalf of the entire Mt. Olivet SDA Junior Academy Faculty & Staff we say "thank you for taking the time to browse our website". If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Trina Bowden, B.S.

(New!!) Step Up For Students is now accepting early applications for 2014 - 2015 the school year.  Demand for these scholarships are incredibly high so now is your opportunity to apply.

For more information on the early opening application, click here.

Due to the lack of participation, we will not be serving breakfast at the school until further notice.

Starting January 5, we will be doing daily uniform inspections to ensure all students are in full compliance. Please ensure your child arrives in full uniform each day to avoid $3/day fine.

Students who arrive after 8 am will be charged a $3/pp fine. Tardiness prevents and limits our educators and students with the instructional time required for learning and academic achievement. Please help support our instructional programs by arriving at the designated time.

MOJA will be hosting our yearly Spelling Bee & Science Fair Competitions (see calendar for dates and times). All students are expected to participate. Please speak with your child's teacher for further information.

Parents, check our Parent Memo for important reminders and events at our school.
